Stacia Hart, Executive Director
Stacia has spent the past 15 years of her career working in non-profit management. Her most recent position was the Program Director of Our Place, an organization committed to enriching the lives of adults with disabilities. Stacia has always had a passion for helping others but her focus changed when she found out her mom was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Stacia has since dedicated her life to finding a cure for pancreatic cancer. She founded an organization in her mother's name, Gloria Swan Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. She was the board president of that foundation for 8 years, hosting fundraising events to raise awareness and promote preventative measures for early detection. Stacia is proud to be a part of the Rolfe Foundation, work with all of you, and help make a difference in the pancreatic cancer community.
Attended Skidmore College and holds a bachelor of arts. Is a member of the Charm’d Leadership Foundation.
Catie Foster, Director of Events
Catie has played an intregal role in the Rolfe Foundation's growth and success since 2012. Prior to her work with Rolfe, she began her career at Big Shoulders and became Production Manager at Actin, before finding her calling in the non-profit sector. She offers dedicated, pragmatic, and creative ideas/talents to the cause of early detection.
Catie attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and holds a BS in Mass Communications and a BA in Print/Broadcast Journalism.
Madeline Esterhammer-Fic, Manager of Development and Foundation Gifts
Madeline comes to us from Facets, a Chicago film nonprofit, where she managed their donor database, supervised multiple events, streamlined mass mailing campaigns, and fostered new relationships with donors.
Madeline attended University of Chicago and holds a BA in English Language and Literature. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
Angela Horn, Administrative Assistant
Angela is a skilled administrator with 7+ years of experience supporting teams and executives in the nonprofit and corporate sectors. Her background includes office management, event coordination, executive assistance, database administration, and nonprofit recruiting.
Angela attended the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a BFA in Theatre Performance. She is a professional actor and local arts accessibility advocate.
