Fundraising

Federal funding for pancreatic cancer has fallen in recent years, which has made the fundraising efforts of organizations like the Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation all the more important. The Foundation works with individuals, corporate sponsors, and communities to ensure that the research being done at top-tier medical institutions like the University of Chicago and Johns Hopkins receives funding that will lead to an early detection test for pancreatic cancer.

Build a Tribute Page:

We know that many supporters of the Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation have lost a loved one to pancreatic cancer. The connection to our cause is life-changing. Building a personalized tribute fundraising page is a magnificent method to keep the memory of your loved one burning bright, while contributing awareness and funding for the fight against pancreatic cancer. By sharing the story of your loved one, you not only honor their legacy, but you also provide a meaningful method for your community to pay tribute, leave heartfelt messages, and join the battle against pancreatic cancer.

Tribute pages represent year-round, 24/7 campaigns against pancreatic cancer, which you can update and share at any time, perhaps to collect donations instead of gifts, for example. They are very customizable, and we encourage you to make them as unique as loved ones.

To build a tribute, visit our dedicated page at Razoo.com, and click “fundraise for this cause” to get started. It’s fast, simple, and easy to make your own page. Upload pictures, a story, set your goals, and share it with your friends.

If you are a student, parent, or teacher; consider connecting your school with the Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation. Fundraising efforts are amazing educational and community-building practices, and the opportunities to organize charitable drives within scholastic environments are endless. School plays, dances, sporting events, competitions, art shows – all of these can be amazing opportunities for young people to learn more about both health and giving.

The Rolfe Pancreatic Cancer Foundation leadership believes a person is never too young to start giving back, and we are always proud to team with educational institutions, and to encourage the charitable efforts of young people.

Employer Matching Gift Program:

Many businesses, whether they are large or small, express civic sprit by matching the charitable donations of their employees. That means if your employer has a Matching Gift Program, it may be possible for you to double your donation to the Rolfe Foundation.

The easiest way to discover the particulars of your workplace’s Matching Gift Program, including how much they will match, and how to initiate the match, is to contact your Human Resources Departments. If your employer does not yet have a program established, consider petitioning them to found one. Click here to see a list of existing companies with a matching gift program.
