Have you ever thought that working out would be so much more fun if it was less about lifting weights and more about dancing? If you have, you’re in luck!
This November, in honor of Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month, Pure Barre: Old Town is once again teaming up with the Rolfe Young Professionals Board for a charity workout benefiting early detection.
Pure Barre is an explosive exercise experience that transforms dance into fitness. Using a classic ballet barre to perform small, isometric movements, this unique, fun workout will help you burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques. Sounds cool, right? YPB thinks so too. That’s why we’re inviting you to attend an all-level session with us! Let’s get together, take a class, and learn how to get in shape by shaking it all around.
Register in advance by clicking the link below. You’ll have to create a Pure Barre account, but you won’t be charged anything. If you’d rather sign up over the phone, you can reserve a spot by calling Pure Barre: Old Town at (312) 642-2922.
To take the class benefiting YPB November Events, make sure you sign up for the following session:
