Total Health Challenge

Leading up to the 2016 YPB Holiday Party, the Rolfe Foundation Young Professionals Board is partnering with Chicago Primal Gym for a Total Health Challenge.  The Challenge is a 25-day health and fitness program geared towards helping participants improve their nutrition and exercise habits.  It incorporates a fun, points-based system and vibrant social support structure to help partakers achieve the best results possible.  Prizes are awarded for completing various milestones!

A significant portion of every registrant will benefit Rolfe’s Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month Fundraising Campaign – which means you’ll be burning calories for early detection!  Plus, by enrolling in the Total Health Challenge, you’ll receive exclusive access to discounted tickets for the 2016 YPB Holiday Party ($45, down from $60+)!

Chicago Primal Gym is an innovative group-training center in Lakeview.  With a strong emphasis on community, CPG’s goal is not to grind members down, but rather to build them up in a thoughtful, sustainable way.  They help individuals of all skill levels invest in their long-term health and happiness.

The 25-day Total Health Challenge begins Monday, October, 17th and concludes the day of the YPB Holiday Party – Friday, November 11th, 2016.

You can participate in the Total Health Challenge remotely, at your own gym or workout facility, or in-person at Chicago Primal Gym, located at 3412 N. Sheffield Ave (map it here!).

A 25-day Virtual Training Program (“Challenge Hero”) costs $49
A 25-day In-Person Training Program (“Challenge Master”) costs $149.
Discounted tickets to the 2016 YPB Holiday Party are available with the purchase of either challenge ($45, down from $60+).

There are prizes!  It's fun!  And you can get in great shape for a good cause!
